We free businesses up to focus on what they do best, while we centralize management, negotiate exclusive white glove services, and consolidate billing into a single platform and relationship.

To summarize, we’ve done the hard work of building and managing these relationships, so you don’t have to. Founded in 2015, Warehouse Anywhere delivers business and commercial self-storage asset-management solutions to field-service, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, marketing agencies, and other Fortune 1000 organizations.

Laura Holmes

Chief Executive Officer

Laura is the CEO of Warehouse Anywhere, leading its growth into a technology leader in business self-storage. Since May 2025, she and a rebuilt executive team have launched a new brand, developed a proprietary platform in house, grown the partner network past 100 operators and 20,000 locations, and acquired XPS Solutions. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across SaaS, professional services, and global logistics, including senior roles at Randstad RiseSmart and LHH. Laura holds an MBA and PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma certifications. She cares most about building durable companies where strategy and execution are the same conversation.

Jonathon Stevens

Chief Technology Officer

Jonathon brings over two decades of experience leading technology teams through digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. He takes pride in building high-performing, collaborative teams and developing strategies that push beyond conventional boundaries to deliver value for customers. With experience in software development, architecture, and operations, he thrives at the intersection of technology and business – aligning cutting-edge solutions with strategic objectives while fostering a culture where talent flourishes and visionary ideas become impactful results.

Andy Stavros

EVP of Operations

Andy is EVP of Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience across operations, sales, and marketing strategy. He previously rose through Client Solutions, Business Development, and executive leadership at XPS Solutions, and held VP of Operations roles at Baker & Taylor and Anderson Merchandisers, along with global operations leadership at WorldVentures Holdings. A U.S. Army veteran with two international deployments, Andy holds a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and has built his career on strong team leadership and operational execution.

Logan Monaco

Vice President of Finance

Logan is the VP of Finance at Warehouse Anywhere, overseeing all accounting and financial operations. With over a decade of public and private accounting experience, he excels at implementing and managing financial solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. Logan ensures robust compliance, while streamlining processes and systems to create financial integrity in the financial statements. He is committed to leveraging technology to build financial infrastructure that directly supports Warehouse Anywhere and its customer success.

Phil Dugdale

Vice President of Sales

Phil is the Vice President of Sales at Warehouse Anywhere, where he leads enterprise sales and growth strategy. With nearly a decade of experience in logistics and supply chain, Phil has worked with customers across a wide range of industries, helping organizations solve complex operational challenges and build more efficient, scalable supply chains. His approach is rooted in understanding each customer’s unique business needs and developing long-term, strategic partnerships. At Warehouse Anywhere, Phil is focused on expanding the company’s enterprise presence and helping organizations rethink how they manage inventory and storage across distributed networks.

Shannon Charbonneau

Vice President of Operational Excellence

Shannon is the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Warehouse Anywhere, leading initiatives in operational strategy, process improvement, training, compliance, quality assurance, and scalable growth. Her work spans operations, technology, finance, customer success, and executive leadership. Years of engaging with self-storage owners and operators nationwide have given her broad insight into the operational and customer experience challenges of growth. A regular writer and speaker at the state and national level, Shannon serves as Vendor Representative on the Texas Self Storage Association Board of Directors. She believes the future of self-storage will be built through strong relationships, shared learning, and thoughtful leadership.

Zach Schultz

Vice President of Contact Center

Zach is the Director of Contact Center at Warehouse Anywhere, where he leads the live agent team that handles rentals, payments, and tenant questions for self-storage operators. He brings more than 13 years of experience in customer support and contact center operations, including roles at DISH, Scaled Agile, NICE, and most recently Fanatics Betting & Gaming. In each role, his work has centered on leading teams, improving the customer experience, and optimizing support operations. At Warehouse Anywhere, Zach is focused on quality assurance, agent training, and performance management, so operators and tenants can count on consistent, dependable service on every call.

Tim Louden

Director of Platform & Data

Tim is Director of Platform and Data at Warehouse Anywhere, where he leads the cloud platform, automation, and data infrastructure behind the company's cloud-based storage technology. He brings over 15 years of experience automating and optimizing core business services across financial services, aerospace, and IoT — including cloud architecture and SDLC leadership in highly regulated environments. Tim specializes in translating between business and technical teams to deliver implementations that hold up in fast-moving, high-change environments. His approach is straightforward: know where the business is going, then build the teams, platforms, and data foundations that get it there faster.

Ryan DiMillo

Vice President of Marketing

Ryan is Vice President of Marketing at Warehouse Anywhere, leading go-to-market strategy that connects the company's enterprise storage solutions with Fortune 1000 organizations in field service, pharmaceutical, CPG, and marketing. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital marketing and agency operations, having built and led teams across SEO, paid media, content, email, web development, and analytics. His background includes Director of Digital Marketing roles at Extra Space Storage and Life Storage, where he also led Warehouse Anywhere's marketing from its early days, plus agency leadership overseeing digital strategy and staff development. Ryan holds an MBA and is a Certified Scrum Master.
