Warehouse Anywhere eliminates the headache of managing business storage at scale. Through our network of partners, we provide access to the nation’s only enterprise-level storage network. We free businesses up to focus on what they do best, while we centralize management, negotiate exclusive white glove services, and consolidate billing into a single platform and relationship.

We provide access and service levels businesses can’t get on their own, without the operational burden. One platform, one point of contact, and the confidence that their storage just works. To summarize, we’ve done the hard work of building and managing these relationships, so you don’t have to. Founded in 2015, Warehouse Anywhere delivers business and commercial self-storage asset-management solutions to field-service, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, marketing agencies, and other Fortune 1000 organizations.

Laura Holmes

Chief Executive Officer

Laura is the CEO of Warehouse Anywhere, leading the company's mission to bring technology, scale, and service to one of the most fragmented categories in commercial real estate. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across logistics, SaaS, and professional services, and is focused on growing the company into a technology-led enterprise platform while preserving the client service that built its reputation. Laura holds an MBA from Louisiana State University as well as PMP, Lean Practitioner, and Six Sigma credentials. She has built her career around developing strong teams and the operational systems that support them.

Jonathon Stevens

Chief Technology Officer

Jonathon brings over two decades of experience leading technology teams through digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. He takes pride in building high-performing, collaborative teams and developing strategies that push beyond conventional boundaries to deliver value for customers. With experience in software development, architecture, and operations, he thrives at the intersection of technology and business – aligning cutting-edge solutions with strategic objectives while fostering a culture where talent flourishes and visionary ideas become impactful results.

Andy Stavros

Vice President of XPS Operations

Andy is Vice President of XPS Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience across operations, sales, and marketing strategy. He previously rose through Client Solutions, Business Development, and executive leadership at XPS Solutions, and held VP of Operations roles at Baker & Taylor and Anderson Merchandisers, along with global operations leadership at WorldVentures Holdings. A U.S. Army veteran with two international deployments, Andy holds a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and has built his career on strong team leadership and operational execution.

Logan Monaco

Vice President of Finance

Logan is the VP of Finance at Warehouse Anywhere, overseeing all accounting and financial operations. With over a decade of public and private accounting experience, he excels at implementing and managing financial solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. Logan ensures robust compliance, while streamlining processes and systems to create financial integrity in the financial statements. He is committed to leveraging technology to build financial infrastructure that directly supports Warehouse Anywhere and its customer success.

Ethan Bennett

Vice President of Sales

Ethan serves as Vice President of Sales at Warehouse Anywhere, where he leads revenue strategy and go-to-market execution with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and scalable systems. With over a decade of experience driving growth across sales and marketing, Ethan is known for his people-first leadership style and customer-obsessed approach, aligning teams around clear business outcomes and a unified market narrative. He is passionate about developing early sales talent and partnering cross-functionally to turn complex ideas into focused, executable growth initiatives.

Olivia Mills

Vice President of Human Resources

Olivia is the Vice President of Human Resources at Warehouse Anywhere, where she partners closely with the executive team to align people strategy with business growth. She brings experience in the SaaS industry building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and creating scalable HR functions that help organizations navigate growth and change. Olivia focuses on combining strategic HR practices with a hands-on approach to execution. She is passionate about helping leaders maximize the potential of their teams, fostering cultures rooted in accountability and trust, and building people practices that drive both organizational performance and employee growth.

Ryan DiMillo

Vice President of Marketing

Ryan is Vice President of Marketing at Warehouse Anywhere, leading go-to-market strategy that connects the company's enterprise storage solutions with Fortune 1000 organizations in field service, pharmaceutical, CPG, and marketing. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital marketing and agency operations, having built and led teams across SEO, paid media, content, email, web development, and analytics. His background includes Director of Digital Marketing roles at Extra Space Storage and Life Storage, where he also led Warehouse Anywhere's marketing from its early days, plus agency leadership overseeing digital strategy and staff development. Ryan holds an MBA and is a Certified Scrum Master.
