Data Analyst

This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with Monday-Friday workdays. This role will be hybrid, with the expectation that this individual be in the Denver office at least two days per week if within the 50-mile radius threshold or three days per month if outside the 50-mile radius threshold.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Warehouse Anywhere’s transition to a technology-first storage and logistics platform by delivering high-quality data insights, reporting, and analytical solutions that drive operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decisions across Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Technology. The Data Analyst will be responsible for building scalable reporting solutions, analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and data quality.

This is an individual contributor role with a defined path to Senior Data Analyst as the function scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze large datasets from Dataverse, SQL, and other systems to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting solutions in Power BI and other BI tools
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactively identify data inconsistencies, missing records, and process gaps impacting reporting accuracy
  • Produce ad hoc reports for the Executive Leadership Team

Operational & Financial Analysis

  • Support invoice validation, reconciliation, and exception reporting processes across systems
  • Investigate discrepancies in rent, fees, and facility cost data and provide root cause analysis
  • Partner with Operations and Finance teams to improve data accuracy and reporting reliability
  • Develop metrics and KPIs that track operational efficiency, customer activity, and financial performance

Data Quality & Process Improvement

  • Own data quality monitoring across key entities, including facilities, spaces, rent, invoices, and partners
  • Identify and implement improvements to data pipelines, transformations, and validation logic
  • Standardize datasets such as addresses, facility attributes, and customer records to improve match rates and usability
  • Collaborate with Technology to enhance data models and system integrations
  • Own all data hygiene tasks including but not limited to partner network data, internal data, and other datasets critical to business function

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Customer Success, Client Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
  • Work with operator partners to define data import standards and own importing them into business systems
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide timely, accurate insights
  • Work with engineering teams to define requirements for new data features, fields, and reporting capabilities

Automation

  • Automate repetitive analysis, accelerate report development, and improve workflow efficiency
  • Build reusable queries, datasets, and processes that reduce manual effort and improve scalability
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance productivity through automation

Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver regular reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics
  • Communicate insights clearly and concisely, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Surface data issues proactively, including root cause and recommended solutions
  • Maintain documentation of data models, calculations, and reporting logic

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles
  • Strong proficiency in at least one of SQL, FetchXML, or DAX and experience working with relational databases; Dataverse experience preferred
  • Proficiency in automation techniques, including Python and/or Power Automate
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Strong data modeling and data transformation skills
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and identify trends and anomalies
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience working in a SaaS, logistics, or operations-driven environment
  • Familiarity with financial datasets such as invoicing, rent, and cost structures
  • Experience with data automation and pipeline optimization
  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
  • Strong interest in continuous process improvement and automation

CAREER PATH

This role is an individual contributor position with a defined path to Senior Data Analyst as the Data function scales.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

  • Base salary range: $65,000-$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
  • Bonus eligibility: This role is eligible for a 10% performance-based bonus tied to individual performance and business impact, in accordance with company policy and applicable plan terms.
  • This compensation range does not include the value of benefits.
