- Use Git for branching strategies, pull requests, and release management; enforce code quality via automated checks and peer review
- Instrument and monitor services for reliability and performance; respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations as needed
Architecture, Testing and Quality
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain high code quality and reduce regressions
- Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalable, maintainable systems; propose refactors and technical improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Work with Customer Success and Operations to troubleshoot production issues and deliver customer-facing fixes and enhancements

- Deployment Success Rate: Percentage of successful deployments without rollback
- Code Quality: Test coverage targets and number of critical bugs found in production
- Integration Health: Stability and performance of Power Platform integrations and Power BI reports
- Peer Review Quality: Timeliness and thoroughness of code reviews and adherence to standards
